Another one, another Black woman inventor has had her product marketing and content stolen by someone claiming to be the original inventor. Corine Marie @lovecorinemarie created the bookmark purse and started selling it at the end of 2024. By spring of 2025, another woman named Shelley Beans was selling the same product while claiming she was the original creator.
